I'm Oliver Antonie — and I genuinely love this stuff.
I grew up surrounded by art. My mother made things. My father collected them. Somewhere along the way I developed an eye for what's special, and an addiction to finding out what things are really worth.
Over the years I've built deep relationships with some of South Africa's most respected auction houses. I know who handles what, which houses get the best results for which categories, and how to present a piece to its best advantage.
That knowledge is now yours to use. Whether you've inherited a houseful of furniture, discovered something tucked away in a cupboard, or simply wondered about a piece you've owned for years — I'm here to take a look, tell you honestly what I think, and handle everything from there.

I'll tell you what I think it is, what I think it's worth, and whether pursuing auction makes sense. Honestly. Always.
I find the right auction house
Not all auction houses are equal. I match your piece to the house most likely to get you the best result — and I manage the whole consignment.
You get paid. I take a small commission.
My commission comes from the sale — so I only succeed when you do. If it doesn't sell, you owe me nothing.
